UWDMA
Product Certification Programs
Ever since its inception, UWDMA is proactive in aiding fenestration
product research with various Agencies. The primary aim of this
research is to develop industry standards, certification programs
and technical information for products manufactured by its Members
including others in the industry.
UWDMA strives to operate certification programs for wide
range of uPVC profiles, windows/doors related applications. Each
is based on standards researched and published by renowned certifying
bodies. Participation is available to all manufacturers willing
to contribute in its up-scaling.
Each participant must prove, by meeting rigid product specifications,
inspections and tests, that the company's products meet criteria
envisaged by UWDMA.
To insure continued conformance, a program of periodic in-plant
inspections and testing shall be maintained. In this manner, architects,
builders, distributors and other consumers are assured of uniform,
high quality certified products. |
