UWDMA is a Nodal Agency for the Indian uPVC Manufacturers all over India.
It endeavors to actively get involved in trade promotion, technology up-gradation, quality enhancement/standardization of uPVC materials through active interaction with Agencies like BIS, BEE. Certification from Agencies of the likes of CBRI, IITs, CIEPT etc is yet another goal the Association has set for itself to.

Shortly UWDMA shall be on a number of Panels. Committees/Councils of various Specialists Bodies besides those represent the Government of India. Further, its activities shall focus furthering the cause of the local industry by exposure through participation in Trade Fairs, Domestic & also International; arranging technology transfer with an objective to help the Indigenous Producers effectively compete with the best-in-the-world-products on global basis.

In the tax related areas, UWDMA has set itself yet another target i.e. to get uPVC mfrs at par with conventional items in terms of levies items such as Aluminium, MS, other synthetic materials enjoy by approaching concerned connected with GST, Anti-Dumping duty etc etc..
